Leadership at the executive level is abysmal with no transparency, vague direction and self-aggrandizing speeches filled with doublespeak and gobbledygook. One quarter they'll boast about record profits, the next quarter they'll commend their double-digit growth, then the next quarter they'll lay off 60 people - many of whom contributed significantly to their success. The organization calls it "macroeconomic weaknesses", when really it's systemic failures in leadership. When it's going well, they'll bask and take credit; when it's not, they'll scapegoat their employees. Career growth is heavily stifled.
