umm..... growth has been good historically. (but 1 year into , 2 year contracts + a CSM team that doesnt believe the product is fit for purpose + no consistent value add = inevitable flatlining/drop] + Cloud cost isnt landing well in market.

archaic working conditions (no remote work, no hybrid work, cheapest tech stack available, no enablement, no career paths, limited to no cross functional communication) Senior leadership (CEO, CFO,) labor previous successes where they exited as inevitable indicator of future success if the same game plan is used - that game plan seems to revolve around being a toxic boys club with no clear or consistent messaging. There is a definite feeling of uncomfortableness when in the office, everyone stepping on egg shells as middle management (UK Sales Directors) are eager to throw their team under the bus to hide their own ineptitude to the C-suite and the CxO team are laser focused on identifying anyone that wont follow orders. I cant wait to get out!
