To meet their financial needs, they decided to have employee's work remotely, this affected moral and employee mental health.-the job is isolating, very little communication during the work day. They get obsessed with productivity. They choose people for promotions without giving others a chance. They had a staff reduction that was handled in a very cold, heartless way.
