      Pluspunten

      The talent at Vessel was a great attraction for me. As an intern, I am looking to learn from highly skilled individuals and Vessel was a great place to do so. There were weekly one on one walks to sync up with the team leads during which I had the chance to set goals and grow professionally. There is also a conscious effort to make all decisions transparent to everyone. As a result, we were always in the loop when it came to the vision of the company. Vessel was also more than just a place to work. I was given a lot of support when a personal issue came up. I never expected this much support and was truly grateful that my first internship away from home was at Vessel.

      The team at Vessel is fantastic! I worked with some of the smartest and most ambitious individuals -- all of whom I loved grabbing food / drinks with after work. The culture is exceptionally supportive (people are always available to help one another) but also is one where you're expected to do your best and pull your own weight. But it is completely worth it because the company has created such an excellent product and continues to innovate and disrupt the media & entertainment industry.

      Minpunten

      Not fully a con, but you have to be somewhat of a self-starter and take initiative at work. This is also a difficult industry to disrupt, so the problems that the company are solving are not easy and not proven to be successful yet.
