Autonomy, good people in the field.

Minpunten

Leadership from the top is clueless and losing clients/partners. President is isn't a mall guy or large scale operator, yet they desperately wants to be in that business. The HR department is under qualified to say the least. Clients are selling assets and abandoning. Also, salaries are well below market.

Lot's of egos, favoritism, good ol boy club, cliques, backstabbing & throwing others under the bus, lots of passing the buck & lack of accountability. Plenty of excuses for bad management and toxic employees.
