There were good people working hard, but I would not recommend joining. If you consider joining, do very deep diligence on product maturity, leadership style, and how success is actually measured. Anything that smells fishy.....is fishy.

In my experience, the biggest problem was leadership credibility. Expectations were set aggressively, but the day-to-day reality often felt far less stable and far less transparent than what employees were led to believe. Priorities changed quickly, accountability was inconsistent, and the environment often felt reactive rather than well-run.
Role security and performance management are difficult to trust. Feedback and expectations did not always feel clear or consistent, and employees could end up carrying the consequences of decisions made above them. You will be thrown under the bus before you're ever protected.
Do not read this as an outlier comment from a disgruntled employee---many others experienced what I described and hold these opinions.
