No real benefits outside of healthcare. management doesn't know what they're doing; if management doesn't understand why a job position is important, chances are that position will be terminated. Management control teams through favoritism and who can suck up more. Management also moves around frequently, which brings in new personalities from different careers or divisions, which results in said management to shift gears and team members into a structure where they are familiar with. With that being said, this causes a lot of clashing personalities and team members who are never on the same page.
