Sometimes the higher management would make forays into unfamiliar territory which turned out to be dead ends, and cost the company time and money, could have been avoided by more research

No forward progress with the latest technology, always behind, focus more on fixing bugs. Hard to find a pay raise.

The work environment was pleasant and everyone worked well together. Monthly duties were very organized and procedures were maintained with easy access. Sox compliant.

Minpunten

The company was going through some financial stress. Cash was tight and managing vendor relationships was difficult.
