      None. maybe good for a fresher/intern who can slog in 18 hours and needs to get into IT.

      Minpunten

      Need to be available online or on calls 24x7. People are even called back from medical emergencies if there is work. No chances to learn or personal growth. Salaries are peanuts. No promises that are made at the time of joining are ever met.

      Great culture. Pretty clear that management cares a lot about giving back to their employees and making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.

      Nothing too specific yet but they do hold you accountable to what you told them you could do in the interview process. Lots of accountability!
