Viiew is like Lord of the flies. Organised chaos. Children playing Machieavellian games. 120% annual sales staff turnover for many years. When sales people leave they hide it. They lie about why people leave. They don't announce it when people leave. They hide it because they are embarresed about the huge turnover. No proper processes in place. The delivery team is so poorly managed that sales people need to much of their own resourcing. This is 360 degree recruiting. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Sales are treated like dirt. The only people who succeed there are Dimension Data branded, because they are given leads by the DD Account Managers. Alert!!! Only join if you will be Dimension Data branded, otherwise you willhave to fight internally to compete for clients with DD and you will not be able to use their client contracts. Viiew branded sales people are done for.

Working for a small company will always have its challenges however this is a great company to work for. There are little/no internal politics and if you want to do well, live by the values and have the drive to work hard, you can definitely earn a lot of money and have longevity within this company. Unfortunately I moved on as I wanted a change in my career. Lots of opportunity for internal growth – There are a number of people who have been there for 3 plus years and have had opportunities to move within various areas of the business. Great people to work with – Everyone is always happy to help and managers are supportive No micromanagement No hierarchy within the business

Growth in augmentation market means a lot of competitors
