Owners care about the little guy. Managers seem to want the best for techs. My branch manager was just promoted, which the company does within. Good benefits, accommodating people help when you need schedule flexibility. Continuous training.

Minpunten

Days can seem hectic at times, but the business dictates that. Old branch management was shoddy at best, so new management means new style and transition. Hopefully we get the direction that was needed years ago.

There are many pros for working at Viking. Their training is extensive. I feel the branch wants to see you succeed. The company has taken a "servant" leadership approach, which gives all employees the platform to voice their thoughts and opinions.

Minpunten

Benefits package is terrible at best. The pay is far below the rest of the industry. The overall trajectory of the company seems to be sales oriented, giving little to no rooms for quality service, all the while punishing the long term customers with price increases for staying loyal.
