3 people have already quit the infamous FA lab. "Failure"is not in the analysis . Rather in the company that fosters a spirit like this. ...if you are looking for a monotonous, boring experience then this is it!!!!GET A LIFE and then a Job..

Insurance, 401k choices and time off policies are very good. Nice people, building and location. Average salary for new hires.

VPs on up to the top are a Boy's Club full of incompetents, insecure micro managers and workaholics. Revenues are shrinking while the best and smartest people get frustrated and move on ($160MM a few years ago now it's about 90 ). Layoffs or corporate parent (Sanmina) closing Viking are in everyones thoughts and its getting worse.
