Minpunten

This company likes to fire people. I have never worked anywhere that fires people on such a frequent basis. Middle management will not make any decisions for fear of being fired. A small handful of people at the top have too much power and not enough direct experience in relevant aspects of R&D. No clear career paths.

Some of the most welcoming, quality people that I have ever worked along side. Compensation was very generous. Work-life balance was the best for the employees. Employees had the ability to work from home when necessary. As a contract worker, I worked on site in the office. When monitoring, I worked from home, when not on site monitoring. The employees got together after hours and seemed to really enjoy each others company. The company encouraged employee growth and development. I was very impressed with the companies' stated values and their follow through.

Minpunten

Something I never experienced personally, but heard employees discussing frequently was inequality of male to female promotions.
