Virool is a great place to work. It has its own culture, and not all people can thrive within it. But if you share the vision and like to fight obstacles, you will have a lot of fun here!
Alex is a great leader and really cares about Viroolians. He has his own style, which is focused on execution and progress. He does not like when people create doubt for themselves because that triggers doubt for everybody. It is like disease that spreads fast, and Alex wants Viroolians to be happy and embrace his vision.
Some people fail to work under his leadership, which I don’t see as bad. It is silly to think that there is one culture for all. Look at Steve Jobs. Even Wozniak struggled working with him. But that’s what created Apple’s DNA and the multibillion business. Virool has a really cool mission and a great potential to become a multibillion dollar company.
I just don't get people who complain about their experiences because they want to have it all without doing anything… start with yourself and stay humble.
