*This company is NOT a gaming company, but an online gambling one* Remember those shady sms, whatsapp messages you get that link you to some suspicious websites? Yes, that's what they do. Maintaining an online gambling site that has to design specifically to avoid Google searches. Lunch time only 1 hour. I.e. you have to work immediately after lunch without having time to rest. Deduct your salary when late to work. This is another borderline illegal practice they do. They deduct money from your salary for each minute you are late to work. Many teams have to OT, And you need to apply to OT to get over time pay. OT without approval = no pay. No snacks no soft drinks in the pantry. Desk incredibly small and you need to share with your colleagues. No medical card for the 1st year. Overall a shady company with shady management practices.
