Pluspunten

- friendly and smart coworkers who are always smiling and willing to help - flexible work environment and you're treated like an adult. good work life balance. - Management trusts you on performance based rather than 'face time' based - positively growing company with very low turnover so lots of future career growth potential. - great offices in convenient location with nice furniture, decor, lighting and awesome views of Vancouver - product is ground breaking and revolutionary so its fun to be part of that - compensation is good - competitive base salary, bonus and generous stock options. Benefits are pretty good - above average, but not awesome. - plan to go IPO so we all get rich :) - transparent and supportive leadership style - healthy fruit, pop, juice and coffee is provided - no ego culture with lots of young energy - they provide nice computer machines, big monitors and comfy ergonomic chairs. - lots of available meeting rooms and quite a lot of desk space. - social committee is new but starting to do some fun and charitable events

Minpunten

- still quite 'startup' in many places so lacks some systems and processes - benefits doesn't cover vision/glasses or encourage active lifestyle such as fitness membership subsidies - there's no company sponsored beer in the fridge

Pluspunten

Visier has a great company culture, where feedback and candor is welcome. Everyone genuinely wants to help you win, grow and mature your career. I feel professionally challenged an surrounded by incredibly smart people. The product itself is strong-- with a great trajectory for opportunity.

The embedded sales division is a revolving door sold to execs as “special” but run on unstable, outdated, and neurotic processes that constantly fail. Leadership talks big but delivers results far below industry standards. Millions were wasted hiring new reps and marketing support — most were let go or quit within a year. Toxic leadership and a boys’ club culture make it worse.
