This review is a bit of a disappointment, particularly as a long-time business owner (this is my third business). Both experienced managers, my co-founder and I take great care to treat every member of our team with respect, and go to great lengths to include our whole team in important decisions, especially those which impact them directly. As this reviewer noted, we provide great benefits for a company of our size. We also have a diverse team, inclusive hiring policies, generous time off and regular performance-based raises (all well beyond legal requirements). We currently are a remote team as well, so there is not even a commute required to work with us. Our only two full time employees ever to leave the company did so voluntarily to pursue other opportunities (including presumably this reviewer). Either way, please consider this response, along with our company values (co-created with our entire team) at visify.com/values, before accepting this somewhat exaggerated review at face value.
