Pluspunten
The IT team is awesome! They work well as a team, and they are great people individually. Casual dress code is nice. There is a really nice break room with a foosball table and a TV, but there is hardly anybody ever there because of the strict break rules.
Minpunten
The business model pretty much involves ripping off the poorest demographic. There's a constant air of disrespect towards most clients and (what's even worse) those who work in the call center. The company is always battling legal issues because they rent out unlivable homes and trick uneducated people into signing dubious contracts. Vision is run by a tight nepotistic echelon with almost no connection to the rest of the company. There is no apparent business road map, zero transparency. People are constantly laid off with no warning. The company has been cutting out things like employee lunches and even *unpaid* time off has been cut. There is no professional development to speak of, practically no vertical mobility.
