Unclear structure, culture, politics. Very much based on seniority, employment on high positions, rather than workforce or structure needed. It needs real leadership ,structuring, task and responsibility allocation! It is not about what you know and how well you work , but about who you know! More respect and support for employees that know and understand their roles!
