Pluspunten
- Pays well - Remote - No meetings (more on this later)
Minpunten
- No vision (just tree) - No meetings literally means no direction or input. You’ll kick off a project, and you’ll only hear from leadership about it once every 4-6 weeks. - There are no project managers/POs/DevOps/QA, so once a project is kicked off, it’s on you. While that offers a lot of creative freedom, you’ll struggle to find answers to questions like “who are our end users?”, “what are the use cases for this project?”, and “how are we going to make money with this?” that amount to more than vague platitudes about making a finished product, even when they can’t accurately describe what that product is. - Company appears to be unsure of how to position themselves in a space that has already passed them by. - Employees are not set up to succeed, and will be terminated to cover up a lack of leadership direction.
