The staff turn around is a joke.... The company wouldn't know its head from its bottom. They headhunt staff with the idea of more money and introduce you to a living hell. I would stay away at all costs, horrible working environment with a big brother style management.

We are continually looking for ways to engage our employees and provide an environment that's both challenging and provides a good work/life balance. We have several measurements in place to make sure we are maintaining the high level of quality our clients deserve. We know the "devil is in the details", so we try out best to foresee potential errors before they happen. The oversight we provide at every level is carefully planned and we have seen a huge improvement in our quality metrics since these have been in place.

Tons of growth potential. Upper management cares and actions on employee feedback as much as possible. Great culture.

Minpunten

It’s a turbulent industry to be in. Due to the unfortunate nature of the business in recent years, staff does need to be reduced at times, to keep the company healthy.

Was able to work from home. Company extended an all expense paid trip to meet my clients.

Minpunten

Unstable work environment. Employees are frequently laid off leaving the remaining employees bogged down with work. This creates a stressful work/life imbalance.
