      We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. It is important for us to hear what we are doing well and what we need to improve on, so we can be a first-choice company for great employees. We are in the process of restructuring our Client Services team to create more time for them to spend with our valued clients, and less on the data entry. Change does not happen overnight, but we are committed to making Visual Data an amazing place to work for everyone.       Tons of growth potential. Upper management cares and actions on employee feedback as much as possible. Great culture.

      Minpunten

      It’s a turbulent industry to be in. Due to the unfortunate nature of the business in recent years, staff does need to be reduced at times, to keep the company healthy.

      Was able to work from home. Company extended an all expense paid trip to meet my clients.

      Minpunten

      Unstable work environment. Employees are frequently laid off leaving the remaining employees bogged down with work. This creates a stressful work/life imbalance.
