Pluspunten
Results focused. Flexible hours. Stress was low. The work was relatively easy to complete in the time allowed. The system was not very complicated.
Minpunten
The management is top heavy. There were several managers in between me and the top level even though they were not staffed for it. Too many bosses and not enough worker bees. The top exec does not understand software and would want warranties for life on things developed. Management had no idea about personal boundaries and would call at all hours of the day and night. The truth was hard to find a lot of the time. They tried to claim software I developed on my own time was their property.
