I really appreciate the work environment a lot as there are people from all over the world, different cultures and different perspectives.

Some days there are lots of handoffs, sure — but when I get to support someone who reminds me of my earlier self, it feels meaningful. Like I’m paying forward the help I once got. What makes it rewarding: Seeing someone grow, helping them find their way, knowing my experience can make their path a little easier and acting as a team where we grow or expand on our skills..
