Very depressing environment Not proper culture Huge politics Less salary,and no proper hierarchy. 1year exp guy will be Deputy manager and 9 year experience guy will be asst manager No prpoer HR team to handle white color people No one follow the process. No proper training provided Office timing is not flexible Travelling is a very big minus No extra curricular activities Slavery
