The culture is phenomenal and it all comes from the founder. Everyone is keen and willing to help each other, not to mention they have processes in place for everything, from new product ideas, suggestions from customers and this feedback gets actioned (in my experience this is a rarity). You are surrounded by smart people who actually take pride in what they do, both on a professional and personal level. This is across the board, so you don’t happen to be in a team where these values aren’t upheld. Totally recommend - tried already to bring some of my ex coworkers into this company as proof of my statement.
