All are cons here. You need to work here for 10 years a day. Only 30 minutes lunch break they allow. They won't give appraisal at time every time they delay atleast 2 months. Very important thing you they want you to work for 2 and half years bond. Main thing their main goal is freshers only. On the time of joining they would say 6 months is training period don't believe them. After 6 months they extend your training period for at least 2 months. If your bond period is completed. You are completing 2 and half years means they won't give appraisal.
