Being there from the very beginning, I can conclude: - No clear hierarchy - Frequently changing priorities - The CEO's attitude to engineers as personal enslaved people - Company practice of 1-day firing - CTO's insufficient technical experience - Engineering managers are those who never worked as engineers - Constant rush which does not allow engineers to deliver enough quality - Many talented people left because of all above Your life - your risk :)
