      1. Exposure to foreign projects if posted in relevant division.

      1. Not Employee friendly. 2. Uncertainty of salary. 3. No refreshments or proper canteen facility. 4. Congested and shoddy workplaces. 5. Corrupt organizaton. 6. No processes and standardization of work. 7. Favouritism is prevalent. 8. No growth opportunities. After sometime one will feel stuck. 9. NO overtime payment. 10. They think of employees as milling ox (Kolhu ka bel). 11. One will become more of a typist who will do copy & paste job. 12. Need to work under the seniors who are not competent enough to lead.

      -Quite number of Projects -Government Job -Highly experienced consultants but only few are good people.

      Minpunten

      -Not at all technical -Corruption at the root level -Company Politics -Run by Consultants who are ex Chief Engineer or SE although have good knowledge but if you get to work with some typical government person then you will be doomed. I remember all the technical work they would judge is the english, grammer which sometimes can frustrate you. -You wont get recognition unless you are in good office like gurgaon. -Sometimes the work you do is unethical -If you are liar and dont have integrity, you can join this company
