1. If you're a fresher your asking a salary atleast 20,000 or 15,000. Management sit and spoke with you and destroy your confidence and make you for 8,000. 2. There is no work culture and policies. This company has only politics. Both management and employees do more politics. 3. They asked about your suggestions for the product development. But they won't make any changes or improvements. 4. Waste of time to suggest idea or suggestions to the management for the development. No one can taking care. 5. Freshers only consider this company for two years of experience certificate. Because this company has two years bond sign. 6. Experienced person don't spoil your career. Even you also having bond. You'll be not recognised for any reason at salary wise and appreciation wise.
