Never a dull moment. There is lots to do. They are going to full automation, so lots to learn. Almost everything is new. Other employees seemed to be very energetic and enthusiastic. I am new, but I like what I see so far. Helped with relocation, I mean really really helped! Got me an apartment, put down the deposits, for all utilities, etc. They even got me welcoming gifts for the new apartment, they got for me! His wife got me a bunch of new things she knew I needed. They will pay for additional classes and training! If the way they started lasts, I will be here for a long time!

Onboarding could be better organized. Hate the early starts, but I get it, we are in production. I am too new to be too critical at this point....

As some haters have posted, its not for the weak. You need to be professional, strong willed and understand this is a small business. If you work and perform, you get paid, if you don't your shown the door. The owner believes in buying quality so all of the stuff is new and high end. Great new toys every year come into the facility to make the company stronger. I would say the best things are : The people that remain are intelligent, hard working and driven towards a shared purpose. I have never been to a facility where the janitor knows something about the product all the way thru accounting and marketing. The owner likes to cross train people so everyone can help, understand what we do and be proactive. Proactive is one of his favorites words and he likes to see people take on jobs, ideas, etc to drive the company forward. I agree with other reviewers he can be demanding but now how they portray it, those people are usually the lazy ones shown the door. Most of his staff has been here 5+ years and senior staff 10+, to me, its all about if you like the feel of a small well run company then you will LOVE this company, if you want to just cruise in your job, this is definitely not a fit. You will learn new things, you will do new things - some you hate, some you will love, but in the end, you are being paid to learn, so its pretty cool. The team I was involved with before he sold the company was one of the best teams in the world and I do not say that lightly. Everyone was intelligent and motivated. Its a true pleasure to be in an environment where the guy next to you in not stabbing you in the back for a job promotion. These people were all confident in the team environment and worked diligently.

At times travel can be overwhelming, but I got to see the world. Trade shows - there is an endless amounts of them Continuous training- sometimes I don't think we need to be trained on everything.. Its a small business so no 401k but I did negotiate a medical plan in which they helped with.
