The only incentive provided is a small bonus, with no substantial salary increase or proper recognition. 3, Outdated Design Processes: The company's design processes are very outdated. For instance, they still use CAD to draw shadows on elevations. Additionally, many higher-ups lack computer skills, which limits flexibility for employees and often requires them to provide constant assistance. This inefficiency increases the risk of missing deadlines.
