Sometimes doesn't have many hours for you to work

I worked with the television side of WOSU, and all of the people I worked with were wonderful. I had a chance to grow, even though I was an independent contractor. The equipment was more than sufficient, multiple projects always going on at once and a pleasant and productive work environment.

Lower pay scale, but to be expected with PBS. Few opportunities for full-time work as employees tend to stay forever.
