- Whether you excel or just get by, the reward is the same. - The company aims for median pay and waits for people to leave before acting on feedback. - There is no clear career development after reaching seniority. While some paths exist in theory, I haven’t seen anyone being rewarded for the hard work they put in. - Corporate culture with more meeting than actual work. - Even management is somewhat disconnected from doing the right thing.
