Good for fresh engineer's. Flexible work timings.

Minpunten

No good infrastructure. HR is unresponsive. Lot of politics and inability to take decisions in local management. Rude and unprofessional behaviour from onsite management. No work life balance.

Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

Minpunten

No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
