Senior Management team aside, there are some great people there.

Some really questionable and unprofessional practices - customers not valued and treated only as sources of additional revenue - customer pricing increased without notification and against contractual obligation.
Senior management team clearly out of their depth and policy decisions are made up on the spot, without any consideration - I’ve met used car dealers with more scruples than the current senior management team.
Some serious untruths were shared at interview stage “we have no unhappy customers” and “we have partner customers eager to spend money” - I can only assume that the MD’s perception of a happy customer, and a partner customer are way off target - I do wonder how he would know, as he did everything he could to avoid engaging with unhappy customers!
If you’re a customer reading this, you’ll know about unannounced (and considerable) rate increases and being asked to pay for services that were previously free.
Potentially a great business but with an extremely immature approach from the Senior management team, the number of customers wanting to leave will only increase.
And, as an employee, if you have any family emergencies as I did, there was a total lack of compassion and understanding from the MD - although he did make a contractual school boy error which worked in my favour, and further underlines how the Senior management talk a good game, but in practice, still have lots to learn.
