Profit sharing is pretty good, even though they have reduced the matching a little. The company is pretty stable and there isn't too much to complain about.

Minpunten

The drastic internal changes that have happened over the past three years seem to make some things more difficult than they should be.

pay was decent I guess

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
