A much ballyhooed GPS (Grow Perform Succeed) system that is supposed to be a tool for yearly reviews, bonuses etc, has turned into a laughing stock that is highly ridiculed silently by rank and file employees. 3.) An outsourcing agreement with TCS and IBM that threatens all remaining IT workers.
