Other than constricting limitations such as set months for vacation. Blocked scheduling at the whim of the EXA or Store manager. Along with the oh-so-annoying lack of praise for back breaking work and amazing customer service. It takes customers reviewing to even receive a pat on the back.

pay was decent I guess

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
