Lots of roles to choose from. Easy to make connections with people. Easy to stand out if you work hard.

Minpunten

We tend to be satisfied with mediocrity instead of striving for excellence. Most people are not really held for an answer and can pass the buck. A lot of roles require you to move or have bad hours.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
