      Minpunten

      Heavy focus on meeting metric standards set by market while ignoring customer and employee satisfaction Often disorganized and ran in complete chaos to appease unrealistic profit goals set by market while ignoring any standard of service. Short staffed consistently and lacking in functional equipment required to complete job tasks. Starting pay rate that has gone down instead of up over the last 5 years.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Minpunten

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
