      Pluspunten

      stock purchase plan is a valuable tool for associates' use. Much re-vamping of job activities occurring/yet to be seen if it is beneficial to the company

      Minpunten

      Lack of communication. terrible attendance policy..... no longer "family oriented" company / Cross training taken too far sometimes and is detrimental to work environment.

      Minpunten

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
