The pay was great. The benefits were top notch in my opinion (for unskilled labor) There were opportunities for advancement too.

Minpunten

In some of their locations, management would treat you like a number. That sort of attitude trickles down from the top building management, but I still believe in the company, it's culture and beliefs.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
