favoritism, cut-throat environment filled with gossip, negativity and a high-school type mentality. No support from mid-level managment. horrible on-boarding and training process. career-pathing only for Supervisor favorites. Manager is out of touch with employees and their contributions. No follow-through. Unfair employee reviews, not based on work ethic but if you are buddy buddy with the Supervisor.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
