Decent hours, however scheduling is always an issue. Some employees are ok to work with. Computer based learning is nice but tedious.

Minpunten

Management needs to listen to employees more and actually listen to them. If employees had more say in the store, that would make a big difference.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
