I feel that this company is very lazy when it comes to hiring people. They would rather keep not-so-great employees than take the time to hire and train someone who will make the company better and more efficient. The not-so-great employees know this and therefore do not feel that rules apply to them and do not feel like they must treat other employees with respect. These employees take it upon themselves to micro-manage everyone instead of being productive, which results in a lot of tension. There is no consistency in the processes between offices or even departments, which ultimately results in a lot of time being wasted. No one is held accountable for the quality of their work because there are literally zero consequences if you don't do your job well. Raises are not dependent upon the work you do. Everyone gets a 3% raise each year, so there is no incentive to produce quality work. All these things create an incredibly frustrating work environment.
