The endless construction on Mound Road is my only complaint.

They do company events that make us feel appreciated, such as gift cards around birthdays, holidays, luncheons, monthly raffles, etc. Everyone is friendly and enjoys working together. Can work from home when possible, depending on the customer you are working for.

Your workload and schedule heavily depend on the customer due to the nature of the service business. Hours can fluctuate and be long during peak times, depending on the group you’re in. No surprise as this was covered during initial interviews. You do get compensated for the overtime and can make a lot of money.
