Everything else really, grand ideas, no execution, no focus, no vision really. Leadership is clueless and has no idea how to run a company besides running it into the ground. Not listening to your specialists nor taking criticism or advice at all. Current management is completely clueless and lives in their own bubble while the rest of the company suffers. Prime example of mismanagement.
