Once you join here your personal life ends and it begins as an employee of watermark. when they say full time job, they mean 24hrs to be exact(without compensation). Employees may be called even on sundays and might not even get comp-offs if the season is busy and the comp-off lapses. Highly Demotivating micromanagers as bosses. A 2 year written bond to be signed , and connot leave even if you want to ! (basically slavery !). They pay salary on time but beware of deductions !. The core team have completely resigned because of poor management.
