Every contact with Waveform Systems and International Medical Laser has been completely professional, personable, kind, friendly, respectful... from the HR manager and her staff to the admin assistants to the presidents of both companies to co-workers. Literally this has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive. Bitter ex employees should be taken with a grain of salt, especially considering there was theft of IP, business model, etc from unethical people who literally stole and left. No idea who does that, but this is the "lawsuit comment." I've worked and interviewed with Fortune 500 companies, startups, .com's, software, computer hardware, encryption businesses... and this has been as professional and positive an interview > onboarding experience I have had. Ignore the negative reviews. There is low turnover and high satisfaction here. Highly recommended employer. Everyone is NICE, and the president bumped into me and was more than friendly and supportive. WFS treats employees like adults, has fantastic benefits, is stable, and supports growth.
